Conflicts of Interest
Associates should avoid situations that could lead to conflicts between personal interests and the Company’s interests. These situations include, but are not limited to:
- Ownership in Competing Businesses: Owning a significant interest in a business that does or seeks to do business with the Company.
- Outside Roles: Serving as an officer, director, consultant, or partner for an external business that competes or works with the Company.
- Brokerage and Go-between Roles: Acting as an intermediary for the benefit of a third party in Company transactions.
- Family or Personal Relationships: Any arrangement that might influence an associate’s actions in a way that is not in the best interest of the Company.
All potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed in writing to a manager.
Confidential Information
The disclosure or use of any confidential product information or internal business data without authorization is prohibited. This includes personnel data, which should not be mishandled or accessed without proper clearance. Unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure of confidential information may result in disciplinary actions, including immediate discharge.
Compliance
Violations of this policy will result in disciplinary actions, including potential termination. Associates who are aware of violations should report them promptly to the appropriate management level. Each senior manager is responsible for ensuring compliance within their area.
Social Media Guidelines

Guidelines: - Public Persona: When posting on platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn, remember you are making a public statement. Use good judgment and be aware of the impact of your posts.
- Respect and Professionalism: Be fair and courteous in your online communications. Avoid offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory posts.
- Speak for Yourself: When expressing views related to Shetriyanews, make it clear that your opinions are your own and not the company’s.
- Accuracy and Honesty: Always ensure your posts are accurate. If you make a mistake, correct it promptly.
- Confidentiality and Legal Compliance: Do not post confidential or sensitive Company information. Follow intellectual property laws and respect others’ privacy.
- Report Concerns: If you notice any posts that violate this policy, please report them to Human Resources.
